Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme.
We are required to submit independently audited financial accounts to the Association of Residential Letting Agent Propertymark, the approval of which allows us to offer security against the misappropriation of funds through the Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme. All funds received by us are bonded and protected up to a value of £50000.
