Our representatives are trained and equipped to assist tenants find properties to rent that will meet their needs.
Having identified a prospective property, we will arrange a viewing at a time to suit you including evenings and weekends.
Viewing will be accompanied by one of our representatives, who will be able to provide advice and answer any questions you may have.
Having selected a property, you will need to complete a written application and offer to rent.
On application, a "reservation fee" will be required. Assuming the rental proceeds, this will be deducted from the fees due before occupation.
It will also be refunded if the landlord declines the tenancy.
It will not however be refunded if the tenant decides not to proceed for any reason or if the application fails due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the tenant.
We will seek references and a credit check on behalf of the landlord.
Rents are normally quoted on a calendar month basis.
In addition, the tenant is normally responsible for council tax, gas, electricity, water, and telephone costs.
A deposit equal to 6 week's rent is required prior to occupation to cover any loss or damage to the property other than fair ware and tear. We act professionally and impartially to assess whether deductions are justified.
