• Transfer gas electric water telephone and council tax into the tenant's name
• Collect and hold on your behalf a deposit to safeguard against damages
• Oversee the arrival of the tenant to property
• Collect the rent and account to you monthly
• Inspect the property periodically and prepare a report for you
• Advise on and arrange any repairs that are necessary
• Renew the tenancy agreement if requested
• Oversee the departure of the tenant from property
